Add …½ cup Homogenized Spry, ½ cup unsweetened prune juice, ¼ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat …200 strokes (2 min. by hand or on mixer at low speed). Scrape bowl and spoon or beater.
Add …¼ cup milk, 2 unbeaten eggs
Beat …200 strokes (same as above)
Pour …into 2 Sprycoated 8″ round layer pans 1½″ deep
Bake …until cake tests done
Cool …and remove from pans.
Spread …Prune Whip Frosting between layers and on sides and top.
